For us, 'refurbished' means that the chairs have been carefully inspected, possibly reupholstered, fitted with new official parts, cleaned, and repainted if necessary. We strive to restore the condition of the chairs to as good as new. To ensure our quality, we provide varying warranties from 12 months to 60 months. This is visible at the product level.

Yes, the new products speak for themselves. All refurbished office furniture are photos with a white background of products we have in stock. We ensure that all products are delivered according to the product photo and description. In the event that this is not the case, we will exchange the product free of charge.

Direct na het plaatsen van de bestelling geven wij je 90 dagen bedenktijd om het product te retourneren. Dit kun je doen door het product terug te sturen via de post of door middel van een pick-up. Je kunt de volgende stappen volgen:

1. Notify Offeco's customer service of your return by emailing info@offeco.nl.
2. We ask you to fill out a return form. You will receive this form from us via email.
3. Pack the products in the original packaging.
4. Send the products via a parcel service or have them picked up.
5. When we have received the products, we will refund the purchase amount to you. Any costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If we find damage to the products, costs will be charged for this.

Yes, in the checkout process you can fill in all business details. As a Dutch customer, you will receive an invoice with VAT. As a business customer outside the Netherlands, you can add a VAT number in the checkout process. All VAT costs will then be waived and the invoice will be sent based on 0%.
