Exchanges & Returns

Immediately after placing your order, we give you 90 days to reconsider and return the product. You can do this by sending the product back via post or through a pick-up. You can follow these steps:

1. Notify Offeco's customer service of your return by emailing info@offeco.nl.
2. We ask you to fill out a return form. You will receive this form from us via email.
3. Package the products in their original packaging.
4. Send the products via a parcel service or have them picked up.
5. Once we have received the products, we will refund the purchase amount to you. Any costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If we find damage to the products, costs will be charged for this.
