The ordering process

Ordering at Offeco is quick and easy. Once you have found a product, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. After that, you can check out or continue shopping. If you choose to continue shopping, you will always see your shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen, which items are in it, and what the total price including VAT is. You can use the instructions below to complete your order.

1. Shipping information

After you click the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you will arrive at our “Checkout Page”. You will see an overview of what you are going to order and where it needs to be delivered.

2. Payment

Here you choose the payment method with which you want to complete your purchase. You can pay using iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card, and Bancontact, among others.

3. Your order

You will constantly see on your screen what you are going to order. If you have forgotten something, you can always go back to the store or your shopping cart. If you want to complete your order, click the “Pay” button now. Depending on the chosen payment method, you will receive further instructions.

Change or cancel

Changing or canceling your order is no problem and can be easily communicated via email. However, once we have shipped your order, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
