Statutory and manufacturer's warranty

You receive the statutory warranty on all your purchases. This means that a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it as a consumer. For some products, there is also an additional warranty offered by Offeco. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.

When does my warranty expire?

If problems are wholly or partially due to improper or careless use and/or installation, or if the problem arises from external causes, the warranty is no longer applicable.

How do I make use of the warranty?

If you receive a defective product within the warranty period or if the product is not to your satisfaction, you must first request a return number.
