For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, you will receive the shipping details 24 hours in advance. For shipments outside these countries, you will receive a track and trace to follow your shipment. If you have not received anything, you can contact us.

We also ship our office chairs outside the European Union to countries such as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

Bestellingen met btw verlegd
Als zakelijke klant buiten Nederland kun je bij ons bestellen en gebruikmaken van een 0% btw-tarief. Bij het afrekenproces kun je jouw btw-nummer invullen en dan vervallen alle btw-kosten. De factuur is dan op basis van 0%. Nederlandse klanten en particulieren ontvangen een factuur met 21% btw.
Ordering without VAT for countries outside the European Union
Customers ordering from countries outside the European Union, such as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, can order from us without paying Dutch VAT. No VAT will be charged at checkout. Import costs will be charged, and local VAT must be paid by the customer.
