Yeah, your package is on its way. For most of our range, you will receive a Track and Trace code.
For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, you will receive the shipping details 24 hours in advance. For shipments outside these countries, you will receive a track and trace to follow your shipment. If you have not received anything, you can contact us.

Shipping to countries outside the EU
We also ship our office chairs outside the European Union to countries such as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

Orders with VAT Reverse Charge
As a business customer located outside the Netherlands, you can place an order with us and benefit from a 0% VAT rate. During the checkout process, you can enter your VAT number. Once validated, all VAT charges will be removed and the invoice will be issued with 0% VAT.
Dutch customers and private individuals will receive an invoice including 21% VAT.
Ordering without VAT for countries outside the European Union
Customers ordering from countries outside the European Union, such as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, can order from us without paying Dutch VAT. No VAT will be charged at checkout. Import costs will be charged, and local VAT must be paid by the customer.
