What a refurbished Mirra office chair goes through at Offeco
Every Mirra is first taken apart. Our technicians test the tilt mechanism and the gas spring. We replace worn castors and sagging upholstery on the armrests. We repair anything that no longer operates smoothly, using new, original parts. We then thoroughly clean the seat and backrest.
The focus varies from one generation to the next. With a Mirra 1, we pay particular attention to the tilt mechanism of a chair that has been in use for years. With a Mirra 2, we mainly check the attachment points of the looped backrest, as that is what gives that generation its flexibility.
